How it works

You see the price and the date before we build anything.

  1. A call about how you run things, and the rule your software keeps breaking.
  2. A build sheet in writing: what we’ll build, the price and the go-live date.
  3. We build it, you review it, and it goes live. We work to hold the date.
  4. When your business changes, tell us. New features are scoped and quoted before they’re built.

The price is a build fee plus a monthly, both quoted in writing.

Against the alternatives

You’ve got options. Some of them are the right call.

  • When your rule doesn’t fit

The Box a setting that almost does it

Forecheck your rule, on the screen

  • When something’s missing

The Box vote on their roadmap

Forecheck we quote it and build it

  • When two parts need to agree

    The Box export, paste, check

Forecheck same record, nothing to paste

  • When something breaks

    The Box a ticket

    Forecheck the founders

Poster headed try finding this in the settings: a phone screen of a crew route in Spanish, hand-circled in red, noting that the crew reads Spanish and the customer gets English.
DEMO
  • Software made for your trade

Good at proven on plenty of shops like yours, and someone else keeps up with the industry’s rules.

Our take your shop has rules that app never heard of. We build yours into the system.

  • All-in-one suites and CRMs

Good at a lot of features and connections for not much money.

Our take a suite is built for the average business. We build the features yours uses.

  • Tools you configure yourself

Good at the cheapest start, and you can change it tomorrow.

Our take you can configure it yourself, or have someone build it and keep it running.

  • Custom dev shops and freelancers

Good at you hold the source from day one, and they take large regulated systems we shouldn’t.

Our take custom used to take enterprise money. AI cut that, so a smaller business can ask.

  • AI app builders

Good at nearly free to start, and good for prototypes and one-off tools.

Our take building it is the easy part. Running it, backing it up and fixing it next month is the job.

  • Flat-fee shops that sell you the code

Good at they publish prices, and some hand over the code on day one.

Our take ask who answers when something breaks, and what you walk away with if they close.

Who this isn’t for. If the box fits your business, keep the box. We mean that. This also isn’t for safety-critical work, or anywhere a failure could hurt someone. Health records need to be on your build sheet, and we don’t sign HIPAA agreements today.

What stays bought

We aren’t coming for the rails.

Card processing, tax filing, and email and text delivery are regulated or boring enough that nobody should rebuild them, and our systems run on them too. The processor moves the money. You keep the customer. A partner like Square handles the card. The bill comes from your system, under your name, so it feels like one app. Your accountant still files.

Risk and ownership

Who fixes it when we get hit by a bus?

Fair question, and the risk isn’t zero. Forecheck is a company, and it continues without any one person. Your data is yours: ask and we send a full export within 10 business days, at no charge. If Forecheck shuts down for good, nobody takes over and you’re paid up, you get the code for your system, as is, and can hire someone to run it for your own business.

We keep the software, and we’d rather say so now. When your monthly ends, your use of it ends too. You leave with your data, your accounts, and your website pages once the build fee is paid.
