Your data leaves in files you can open
Ask for your data and you get every record, account and stored file in plain files, checked against an exact count.
Anybody can say your data is yours. The test is what shows up when you ask for it.
So we built the thing that answers that request. Ask, and within 10 business days, at no charge, you get a full copy of what's in your system.
What you get
It's meant for two readers: you, and whoever you hire next.
- Every table of records, as a file a spreadsheet opens and as a data file a developer can load
- Your sign-in accounts, with nothing in them that could be used to sign in as you
- Every stored file, whatever you've kept in the system
- A list of what's in the export, with how many records each part should hold
Nothing in your system changes when it runs. It only reads.
The count is the point
An export that quietly skips something looks exactly like a complete one, right up until the day you need the missing piece.
So every table gets compared with a separate exact count from the source. If a number doesn't match, or a table, an account or a file doesn't come through, the export fails and says so. A failed read is never written down as zero. The list travels with the files, so the same check can run again later, on the copy you're holding.
We've run it start to finish on a demo system with made-up records, and every count matched.
What stays with us
The export holds your data. The software stays with Forecheck, and we'd rather say that now than have you find out later.
When your monthly ends, your use of the software ends too. You leave with your data, your accounts, and your website pages once the build fee is paid. If Forecheck shuts down for good, nobody takes over and you're paid up, you get the code for your system, as is.
If you want to know what you'd walk away with before you start, ask us. It's one of the first questions a careful owner should ask.
